"If you had told me 20 years ago that I would be doing this....I would never have believed you!"
My journey - or should I say adventure - with spirit began over 10 years ago. It started as all good stories do...one dark and stormy night when I attended a ghost hunt! I guess there had always been a fascination and an interest in the life after death questions that many of us ask, and so a ghost hunt seemed like a good place to start!
As part of the procedure, the medium did a group meditation to open our chakras. For those of you not familiar with chakras - these are points of energy in our body - the "third eye" chakra and the "crown" chakra are the two that we focus on when communicating with spirit.

It was like a floodgate had been opened!

The following days weeks and months were like nothing I had experienced before. It was almost as if spirit had just been waiting for me to take the first step!
